工作职责
• in charge of mechanical parts design of sanitary valve and centrifugal pump
负责卫生泵和阀门的机械设计
• in charge of localization project of pump and valve, and solve problems during localization
负责泵和阀门的国产化项目,并负责解决在国产化过程中遇到的问题
• participate in new product development projects with headquarter, and do technical analysis and evaluation on design concepts. at the same time, provide support to headquarter on chinese standard or regulations
参与德国总部的新产品研发,并对方案进行技术性分析评估,同时提供中国标准规范的技术支持
• track and coordinate on samples making, manufacture, inspection and so on in order to ensure samples can be finished on time
全程跟踪协调样品的加工、制作及检验,以保证样品按时完成
• analyze abnormal condition of product during production and provide solution, then coordinate to implement
分析产品在生产过程中出现的异常情况, 并给出解决方案,协调实施
• regular meetings with head quarter to communicate or share product information
与德国总部进行定期沟通、分享关于产品的相关信息
• create 3d model, 2d drawings and bom list for products or parts
创建产品或零件的3d模型、2d图纸及bom表
• provide technical support to after sales, analyze and solve technical problem of product on customer site
给售后部门提供技术支持,分析、解决产品在客户现场是用的技术问题
• customer order intake support
客户订单技术支持
iii. qualifications
职位要求
• bachelor degree or above with the major of mechanical
机械专业本科及以上学历
• more than 5 years working experience in mechanical design
5年以上机械设计工作经验, 有卫生设备设计经验优先
• experience on international projects, good communication and coordination skill。 manufacturing engineering in an multinational company is a plus
有跨国项目的经验,良好的沟通及协调能力。 外资企业机械制造工程师优先
• knowledge about hygienic equipment is a plus, for example 3a, ehedg, gmp
了解卫生设备标准规范优先,如3a, ehedg, gmp
• sap system experience is a plus
有sap系统操作经验者优先
• experience with mechanical calculations (e.g. fem) is a plus.
有机械设计计算经验者优先(如:有限元分析)
• fluent english, both oral and written
流利的英语口语及书写能力
• be skilled in software such as creo (pro/e) /inventor and autocad
熟练使用creo (pro/e)/inventor和autocad
