工作职责Responsibility： 售后索赔处理CUSTOMER CLAIM HANDLING 50% 1.Log on OE customer portal site regularly, check the claims, make analysis and give response. 定期登录主机客户门户网站，查看索赔情况，进行分析并给出回应。2.Inspect returned products, analyze the failure reason and issue report. For quality issues, inform functional department or other Firestone plant for improvement. 检查退货产品，分析故障原因并出具报告。对于质量问题，通知职能部门或其他Firestone工厂进行改进。 3.Make data analysis, monitor warranty levels to identify opportunities for improvement.分析数据，监控索赔水平以发现改进的机会。 4.Visit end user customers or OEs to understand the quality issues at first hand and explain causes and corrective actions.必要时拜访终端用户或主机客户，了解质量问题的一手信息，进行分析并给出纠正措施。 质量体系管理QMS MANAGEMENT 20% 5.Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, conducts or participates in internal audit. 维护和改进质量管理体系，完成或参与内部审核。 6.Participate in process audit, identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities. 参与过程审核，识别并努力实现持续改进的机会。 工厂质量管理Manufacturing QE tasks 20% 7.Works with production and/or other related departments to analyze quality issues and take corrective actions. 与生产和/或其他相关部门合作，分析质量问题并采取纠正措施。 8.Coordinate containment action with plant and customer locations when a reject condition calls for it. 当出现不合格品后，需要时与工厂和客户端协调采取围堵措施。 其它Other 10% 9.Manage or participate in designated special project. 管理或参与领导指定的特殊项目。 10.Identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities as a leader or teammember.
