Your Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, scheme demonstration, architecture selection, estimation of structural dimensions, weight and cost, as well as defining and decomposing performance indicators for electric drive systems during the concept stage 2. Responsible prepare feasibility analysis reports and project approval documents for product development 3. Analyze customer targets and break down system requirement (functional, performance, E/E, thermal, mechanical, NVH, EMC…) to sub-system and transfer to project team 4. Responsible E-Drive system architecture design and component specifications generation 5. Responsible E-Drive system parameter matching and system simulation, component selection, system integration, steering E-Drive design from requirement to design release 6. Responsible E-Drive system FMEA, DVPs, test specifications and support validation activities 7. Responsible for technical coordination, production guidance, and technical problem handling with the business unit or external companies for design data 8. Responsible for product sample development, experimental verification, performance calibration, and product finalization 9. Responsible for analyzing and resolving technical or quality issues discovered at each stage of the product 10. Support system design review and quality reviews according to processes 11. Support technical proposal for new project acquisition with sales team 12. Support R
