KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for vessel coverage strategies and bulk marine logistics execution
2. Coordinate and deliver safe, reliable, efficient, and cost effective dispatch and voyage operations of ExxonMobil owned and chartered vessels that transport the company's cargoes domestically and/or worldwide
3. Optimize voyages, cargo sizes, co-loads, port rotations to maximize general interest benefits
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Able to work after hours, outside of work schedule to resolve operational changes. Operations activity occurs 24/7 and often requires communication off hours.
2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
3. Adaptable to time pressures and changing work priorities
