• establish and improve the facility and production equipment management system
建立健全厂务设施和生产设备管理体系
• responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of equipment files and accounts负责设备档案和台帐的建立和不断完善工作
• preparation, organization and implementation of maintenance and maintenance plans for plant facilities and production related equipment
负责厂房设施及生产相关设备的维护保养计划的编制、组织和实施
• arrange work for maintenance engineer and technician, kpi setup and kpi management
负责设备维修工程师和维修技师的工作安排、绩效考核和绩效管理
• manage and organize the repair and maintenance of plant and facilities, coordinate the internal and external parties, deal with the plant facilities failures timely, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of all facilities
管理和组织对厂房设施进行维修和维护，协调内部和外部相关方，对厂房设施故障进行及时处理，确保各项设施安全可靠运行
• responsible for repair, maintenance of facility, production related machines (including cnc machining dept and surface treatment dept), ensure that production equipment is in good condition, improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime
负责生产相关设备（包含机加工部门及电镀部门）的及时维修、维护和保养。保证生产设备处于良好的状态，提高运行效率，降低停机时间
• promote tpm and continuously improve the level of self-maintenance and professional maintenance 推行tpm，不断提高自主保全和专业保全的水平
• continuously strengthen and improve the preventive maintenance and management of production equipment不断加强和提高生产设备的预防性维护管理
• setup proper safety stock of spare parts and manage the inventory
建立合理的备件库存，并对备件库存进行管理
• management of production equipment manual
生产设备手册的管理
• make improvements solutions and implement according to the status of production equipment
根据生产设备的运行情况提出改进方案并实施
• complete the maintenance records in timely and make sure the traceability of maintenance records.
及时、完整地填写维修记录，并确保维修记录的可追溯性
• do root cause analysis of equipment failure, take containment measures in time to deal with problems, and take preventive measures according to the root cause to avoid repeated failures针对设备故障进行根本原因分析，及时采取围堵措施处理问题，并根据根本原因采取预防措施，避免故障的重复发生
• makeup and tracking of budget related to plant facilities and production equipment
厂房设施和生产设备相关的预算的编制和跟踪
• other tasks that are assigned by manufacturing manager
制造经理布置的其他任务
任职要求：
• college degree or above, major in mechanism or electric
大专及以上学历，机械、电气及机电一体化相关专业
• at least 2 years maintenance management experience of production equipment in large-scale manufacturing enterprises
具备至少2年在大型生产企业生产设备的维护管理经验
• actual maintenance knowledge and experience of lathes, machining centers and other equipment is a plus
铣床、车床、加工中心等设备的维护管理经验优先
• tpm experience is a plus.
具备tpm相关经验优先
• cet 4 first, can read english technical documentation, basic listening, speaking and writing
英语四级，能阅读英文技术文档，具备基本的英语听、说、写的能力
